The Shea Dugger Group welcomed Micah to join the team in 2025. This addition invited a strong foundation of financial analysis and client service. Micah earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and her MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. Prior to joining Baird, she worked as an Engagement Financial Consultant at Deloitte, where she developed valuable experience supporting clients and delivering thoughtful financial insights.
Since joining Baird, Micah has earned her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 licenses and is currently pursuing her Series 66 as she works toward becoming a fully licensed Client Specialist. She finds joy in creating a seamless and personalized client experience, taking the time to understand each client’s needs and building relationships grounded in trust and care.A Murfreesboro native, Micah enjoys thrifting, spending time at the racetrack, and bringing people together through hosting and group events.
