Community Involvement
Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.
The Shea Dugger Group is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.
We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.
Special Kids
Shea Dugger Group along with the Murfreesboro branch have been the
water sponsors the Special Kids Race held at Murfreesboro Medical Center as well as donates
to the Special Kids
Therapy & Nursing
Center.
Journeys in Community Living
Journeys in Community Living provides community participation services, industrial training services, job training and placement services, special services, residential services and transportation services to more than 120 adults with intellectual disabilities in both Rutherford and Cannon Counties in
Middle Tennessee.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Mike Shea and the Murfreesboro office has been a supporter of Middle Tennessee FCA for over
20 years. FCA is a community working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
Jiselle Lauren Foundation
The Jiselle Lauren Foundation exists to provide financial support and a sense of community to children and their families. The Shea-Duggar group has held a community golf scrammble to help donate to these families.
