Community Involvement

Baird has a long tradition of giving back to the communities where our associates live and work.

The Shea Dugger Group is committed to supporting the communities in which we live and work by volunteering our time and using our resources. Our ongoing commitment to building relationships in the community and empowering associates to get involved is central to our culture at Baird and our team.

We've engaged with several outstanding organizations, some of which are listed below.

Baird Gives Back

Many Baird associates team up during Baird Gives Back Week, an event held annually, to serve local community organizations that need help.

In July 2022, our branch participated in cleaning up a 3-mile stretch of our local Greenway. Murfreesboro associates and our families braved the summer heat to pick up trash along the Greenway trail and along the bank.

2022 is our office's second year participating as a group for Baird Gives Back week, and it's a tradition that we all look forward to continuing! It's even more fun getting the kids involved in volunteer work.

In 2021, our branch associates and families participated in a mobile food drive hosted by Feeding America at New Vision Baptist Church. We joined other volunteers to load food into vehicles to benefit those in need.
