Katy joined Baird in August 2014 and has been with The Shea & Dugger Group exclusively since 2015. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses through Baird.
As the Branch Administrative Supervisor, Katy works directly with Mike Shea, assisting with branch leader responsibilities. In addition to the supervisor role, she assists the team’s clients by providing quality professional service. Her core values of loyalty, dependability, and optimism help to ensure that clients, advisors, and fellow associates feel taken care of and respected.
Katy grew up in Powder Springs, Georgia, and made the move to Murfreesboro in 2007. She attended Georgia Southern University and is currently taking classes at Motlow State Community College to further her education.
Outside of work and school, you can find her spending time with her son, Nash, her significant other, friends, and family. She enjoys outdoor activities, attending concerts, and traveling.
