Connor Shea is a Financial Advisor with the Shea Dugger Group at Baird. Connor holds the Chartered Special Needs Designation (ChSNC®) to help families plan for their disabled loved ones just as his family does for his daughter Blakely. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Finance, Connor has been serving clients since joining Baird in 2016.
Deeply committed to his community, Connor serves as Chairman of Stepping Stones Safe Haven and Treasurer of Branches. He is actively involved with the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce, the Rutherford Society, and the Murfreesboro tennis community.
Connor is passionate about helping small business owners navigate financial challenges and opportunities. Drawing from his own experience as a former business owner, he specializes in working with family-owned businesses, providing personalized financial guidance designed to strengthen financial foundations, improve workforce satisfaction, and support long-term growth through strategic planning.
Outside of work, Connor and his wife, Megan, are proud parents to their two daughters, Blakely and Charlie, and their two dogs, Lily and Sadie. The family is actively involved at New Vision Church and enjoys spending time with friends and family throughout the community.
