Connor, a Financial Advisor with the Shea Dugger Group, holds a finance degree from Middle Tennessee State University and has been part of Baird since 2016. Actively engaged in the community, he serves as Treasurer for Stepping Stones Safe Haven and Treasurer for Branches, contributing to organizations like The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and Rutherford Society. Connor is also involved in the Murfreesboro tennis community. Committed to assisting small business owners, he draws on his experience as a former business owner, specializing in offering personalized financial guidance to family-owned businesses, helping them enhance workforce satisfaction through effective planning and budgeting techniques.
Connor, along with his wife Megan and their two daughters, Blakely and Charlie, is a dedicated member of New Vision Church, cherishing moments with friends and family.
